I looked at numerous database applications to fit our needs. I was frustrated in the process trying to find a company who understood our needs. After meeting with the people at eDataAlliance , I soon realized they were the only ones who really understood what we needed.
We started using iPHYSx nearly a year ago. Our offices throughout the United States started were up and running from day one. Training was at a minimum, since the application is so user friendly plus it has built in help menus.
The application provides real-time data and accessibility anywhere and anytime. Our people can access and work from home, office, vacation, or while traveling on business. They are never more than a click away from their candidate, client, and job order records.

Coming from a sales background and utilizing SFA( Sales force Automation tools) that need to be updated around a general module and never seem to be exactly what I needed, IPHYSX is the perfect tool for our business. This tool was created specifically for our day to day recruitment efforts and it certainly is the most effective and straightforward database/SFA tool I have had the pleasure of using. That being said, the real add on for this type of application is the ability of the programming team to provide real-time customization.
No database or contact management application is static and works in the same fashion as originally intended, and without the ability to further customize this type of tool, its full potential cannot be realized.
IPHYSX is and continues to be the first "goto" in the morning for me to put my work priorities into order, and I look forward to utilizing this application for future results.
